I am a dedicated loving professional breeder who lives in a regular family household without kennel dogs. My dogs live in our home. Also we prefer to have some loving foster homes for some of our present or potential breeding females. After all I only have so much room on the couch for my Britts. Commonly a breeder has the best prospects (puppies) kept back to develop and train to see if they will eventually fit into the breeding program. The way the foster program works is, I place my "pick of the litter" females in foster homes. The dogs live in these homes for their entire life. The dog would occassionally come back to me for a short time so I can compete with her in shows. And would come here to be bred and have puppies if she is chosen for breeding.

We utilize this program because it is our fervent belief that a dog best lives up to their potential when given the appropriate amount of attention, love, and care.

We are very selective of who we choose to become a foster family. Our primary concern is that our dogs go into safe homes where they will be well taken care of, trained, loved and that we can trust that the family will honour our agreement and wishes. We expect the foster parents to allow the dogs to be house dogs. Not all of my puppies are eligible as foster pups. Some deciding factors are timing, if I already have a foster family for a pup from this litter.
