LIVER BROWNIES

Ingredients:


1 pound uncooked liver (beef, pork or chicken livers)
1-1/2 cups wheat germ (or flour)
1-1/2 cups corn meal
4 eggs
1 teaspoon minced garlic

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a blender or food processor puree liver. In large bowl mix eggs. Add liver and garlic and mix together. Gradually add the wheat germ and corn meal.
Spoon into a well greased baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool and cut into doggy bite size pieces.
